The Process
- Confidentiality is our first priority for both the Employer and Candidate. This mutual agreement allows all parties the autonomy to communicate freely with each other without jeopardizing the importance of extreme confidence. This confidentiality also applies to the techniques and venues we use to market senior level positions in accordance with the specific company policies.
- Our team will perform all necessary due diligence about your organization’s operations, products, culture, vision, pipeline, benefits package and financial forecast, thus enabling us to present your organizations advantages accordingly.
- We obtain a thorough understanding of the position responsibilities, reporting relationship, skill sets, professional experience/requirements and input from the hiring manager. This information, along with our company summary, is sent to the VP of Human Resources for approval. This position summary is used to help educate and attract our talent pool.
- PSS will complete a thorough candidate search locally and nationally to identify qualified candidates to present to human resources and hiring managers. After identifying individuals, PSS will present all qualified candidates’ resumes along with a brief summary of their background and initial phone contact. We will also deliver feedback received from all candidates regarding the opportunity.
- Our team will handle the coordination of interviews and venue to streamline the communication and interview process.
- All communications with your organization are handled exclusively by the PSS Executive Search Team.
